Fifth and sixth grade students from Sola Fide Lutheran School traveled to Maitland, Florida on November 8th-9th to participate in the WELS South Atlantic District Academic Fair.  Each of the five students who attended the event from Sola Fide made it to the finals in his or her respective division.  Bradley Blaho won first place in the 5th-6th grade spelling competition.

This event was another great way for our students to showcase their unique God-given talents and abilities and to socialize with other young Christians. Trips like this one also give students an opportunity to live their faith in the world and witness to the world around them by their words and actions.
